One Tree Planted

One Tree Planted

Over the past five years, I've been able to partner with local organizations to support their fundraising and volunteer efforts in our community - Bordentown, NJ. That local focus will never change. So far this year, we're working with the Bordentown Historical Society to help them in their fundraising efforts to preserve the Clara Barton Schoolhouse, and are collecting personal care supplies with Building Bridges to support local families who need a little help right now.

This year, I'm adding a national name to this list, and am happy to announce that we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted! One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation.

If you aren't familiar with One Tree Planted, their mission is to plant trees to help restore nature - and since their founding in 2014 have planted over 11 million trees around the world. The projects they take on are done in partnership with local communities and experts to create an impact for nature, people, and wildlife. Reforestation helps to rebuild forests after fires and floods, provide jobs for social impact, and restore biodiversity. To learn more, please visit onetreeplanted.org.

Today, we made our first donation of the year - funding the planting of 100 trees. I'll continue to donate monthly and will update on our social media pages throughout the year so that you can keep track of our impact and how many trees you've helped to plant!
