Refund Policy
Need to return an item? Not a problem, it happens! Here is our return policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please send an email to sarah@mimosagoods.com to start the return process. If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order on line and return your other items for a refund.
Sale items, fragrances, bath and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
Shipping costs to return an item is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made a mistake. We recommend shipping all items with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
