Gina Gilligo

Gina GilligoGina Gilligo is the owner of Yoga Lumen and teaches Vinyasa yoga at the studio, as well as monthly wellness and mindfulness workshops. Gina's classes draw from her alignment-based background which melds with movement & breath.  Her teaching style creates a safe space rooted in yogic traditions which allows students to deepen their journey and find their inner strength.Gina is a certified RYT-200 and PRYT.  She completed certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Fertility.  Currently, she is earning a 300-hour yoga teacher certification.

 

Adriana Hansen

Adriana Hansen is the owner of Wee Jam and Sattva Yoga. She has been working with  children for more then 20 years and is extremely passionate about helping them develop knowledge and skills that they will carry with them throughout their lives. 

She has been teaching the Music Together program for 17 years and has been practicing yoga for 13 years and is excited to bring both Music Together and Young Adult Yoga classes to the Bordentown community.

Linda Bush Cannon

Linda Bush Cannon is a certified Pilates/TRX instructor, Life Coach, and personal trainer, and has been coaching/training clients for over ten years. She is passionate about helping women discover and achieve their dreams while living with optimal health and joy.  She is the owner of Cannon Cross Coaching, and when she isn't in the studio or coaching, she is blogging, working with essential oils, spending time with her family, gardening, cooking and enjoying nature.  

 

 

 

 

 

  

Liz Burmeister

Liz Burmeister is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga and Pre-Natal Teacher, a trained birth doula, a Reiki Master and an accomplished Tarot Reader. She also has certifications in Chair, Combat Veteran Trauma informed and Mommy & Me yoga. With her long background in the world of metaphysics she brings to her yoga classes a deep understanding of the subtle inner workings of the body and mind. Each week she tailors her classes to the specific needs of her students.
