Did you know we share our space with a fitness studio? Roseanne Giovannetti is the owner and creator of Pilates Fusion & Barre Fitness at 117 Farnsworth Avenue in Bordentown, NJ.
Her signature style of Pilates and Barre classes are both created to tone and strengthen the entire body by blending basic elements of ballet, along with strength training, and proper breath control. All classes are fun, with upbeat music and personal attention. Approx. 6-8 students per class maximum. Private and semi-private classes are available - check out the class descriptions!
Mat Pilates - This class is designed to target the core muscles while strengthening the whole body. With the use of props, such as the Pilates ring and bands, all movements focus on breath control and muscle action working together. Class closes with full body stretching and is great for all fitness levels. Bring a mat and your water bottle! This class is barefoot, but feel free to wear your yoga socks.
Barre Fitness - A Barre workout is a series of movements that strengthen the entire body by combining strength, Pilates and yoga stretches. Although it is a ballet inspired fitness program, there is no need for a dance background and it is great for all fitness levels. It is a fun, intense and safe workout performed to high energy music. All classes include the use of some props such as bands and light weights. Class is barefoot, but feel free to wear barre or yoga socks.
Kettlebell Power Circuit: This class will help you burn fat and gain lean muscle with every minute you work! Class will consist of kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises along with other props. High energy and fun! Get ready to sweat!
